Principal

“Landscape architects have the unique opportunity to create in the fourth dimension. Our projects strive not only for placemaking and functionality but most importantly, to stand the test of time. Through responsible, sustainable design, we have the ability to impart a sense of stewardship in outdoor spaces that transforms the communities they serve.”

Jeremy Klemic, PLA, joined SWA Los Angeles in March 2011, and has produced design development/construction drawings (DD/CD) for myriad built projects both in the States and abroad. He is a member of the SWA Field Group, and has completed construction observation for a variety of site typologies. He truly enjoys turning design into built reality, and is passionate about Wildfire Resilience and Urban Forestry.

INSPIRED BY

Timeless creativity: impressionist artists Monet, Van Gogh; musical genius from Mozart to Luis Armstrong; world-building writing such as Tolkien or Shakespeare, beautiful animation akin to Miyazaki and Gotogue and YouTubers like Mark Rober and MatPat,. Yet personally, I find that I am just as inspired by nearly every human interaction in my daily life.
