The newly opened Pacific Plaza in Dallas, Texas transforms a parking lot into an urban park that is at once iconic and flexible, providing an exciting new place for downtown residents and workers. The park, with which SWA has been involved since its inception, has been highly anticipated and widely covered by local press; the October 14 opening drew crowds eager to explore its one-acre lawn, play structures, and iconic, Morse-code-inspired pavilion.

Pacific Plaza is the first of four new parks  planned for downtown Dallas, advancing the city’s commitment to create a greener, healthier environment.
