Riley serves as SWA’s Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, where she oversees the firm’s financial strategy, business operations, and organizational infrastructure. Drawing on leadership experience across mortgage banking, communications technology, and the AEC industry, she brings a strategic and pragmatic approach to managing the business of design.

A graduate of the University of Washington and Gonzaga University’s MBA program, Riley works closely with SWA’s executive leadership to support the firm’s growth, operational effectiveness, and long-term success. She believes that strong business practices and creative excellence are mutually reinforcing, and she is committed to providing the financial, operational, and organizational foundation that empowers SWA’s studios to deliver impactful design solutions.
