Haifeng Ren
“My design inspiration derives from nature, life, and art. I always begin with exploring the human interest that underlies each project.”
Haifeng grew up in Shanghai, where he still resides, and has accumulated full-scale project experience in more than 15 years of project practice. He has successfully collaborated with clients in many different fields on projects ranging from parks to urban mixed-use developments to hospitality, among other types. He enjoys capturing unexpected highlights and narratives in the environment, drawing inspiration from life and nature, addressing actual users’ needs, exploring the appropriate scheme for each project, and revealing unique character and continuous vitality through the use of innovative materials.
