Responsibilities: The successful candidate will have exceptional graphic and linguistic skills, with an ability to comprehend conceptual designs and develop them into complete construction documents based on established graphic standards. An ability to design aesthetic and technical solutions, modify drawings, and diagram key relationships and working in a team environment is essential. Required Skills: Fluency in Mandarin and English is mandatory. Excellent written and verbal communication skills including digital representation, hand graphics, public speaking, and writing. English to Mandarin translation. Demonstrate the ability to manage daily work flow of projects and maintain strong client relationships. Responsibilities: Assist senior designers with project design efforts within a collaborative team structure and contribute to the development of design concepts for planning and urban design projects or all types and scales; Oversee the design delivery process, including project management support and production of work products; Participate in project design teams and understand the requirements of project agreements, budgets and schedules and deadlines; Work in a creative, collaborative and focused way with other staff, Associates and Principals; Assist in the preparation of proposals when necessary and participate in interviews and public presentations as needed; Foster an environment of mutual respect and trust among team members through clear and consistent communication.
