Education software service provider GoGuardian has signed a lease with Atlas Capital Group to relocate its corporate headquarters to a new building in El Segundo, announced Cushman & Wakefield.

The company, which is currently based out of an office tower on Pacific Coast Highway, will lease 30,000 square feet of space at 2030 E. Maple Avenue - a former Raytheon facility which Atlas Capital Group acquired last year.  The single-story structure features over 100,000 square feet of rentable space, as well as amenities such a gym, a yoga studio, a patio, a dog run, and an outdoor dining area.

GoGuardian is expected to move in to its new headquarters in September 2019.

Tom Sheets, Chris Sinfield, Mike Condon, and Quint Carroll of Cushman & Wakefield represented Atlas Capital Group, while Luke Troedson from Savills represented GoGuardian.

In Culver City, developer Hackman Capital Partners has announced that Mendocino Farms and CorePower Yoga have leased ground-floor space at the Culver Steps development.

The project, located at the corner of Washington and Culver Boulevards, is anchored by 75,000 square feet of office spaced - leased entirely by Amazon Studios.  The Culver Steps office is part of Amazon's new Los Angeles campus, which also encompasses much of the adjoining Culver Studios complex.

EYRC Architects and SWA Group designed the Culver Steps, which also includes a nearly one-acre plaza and two levels of subterranean parking.

The Real Deal reports that Universal Music Group is in talks to lease an additional 33,140 square feet of office space at the Colorado Campus in Santa Monica.  The property was recently renovated by LPC West and Northwood Investors.
