Water’s Edge is a high profile office complex in Playa Vista, a town designated by former President Bill Clinton as one of five P.A.T.H. (Partnership for Advancing Technology in Housing) communities in the United States, highlighting its commitment to sustainable development under the leadership of the U.S. Department of Energy’s Building America program. The project includes three office buildings with on-structure plaza over parking. The total, eight-acre site has 455,000 square feet of professional office space in a village atmosphere, including a 5,000 square foot restaurant, a health club and The Grove, a two-acre park at the heart of the complex. The landscape and architecture together are designed to provide a sustainable environment that encourages innovation and creativity supported by the most advanced telecommunications and technology available, all surrounded by parks and vistas to open spaces.
