SWA served as consultants to the developer for this 1,000-acre planned development incorporating a golf course, a major lake with recreation facilities, and a community of homes in the northwest area of Boca Raton. The development represents a part of the related planning prepared by SWA Group for the 5,000-acre Arvida properties in Boca Raton. The design provides direct linkages such as bicycle and pedestrian paths to the adjacent Arvida Research Park.
