René Bihan, Managing Principal

“I was driving a tractor at the age of 12,” says René, who grew up with a nursery in his backyard and whose father was a landscape contractor. Beyond his enduring connections with the land and his 25 years of landscape design experience, René has a deep familiarity with studio arts, urbanism and architecture. He credits this varied background with his desire to “synthesize conceptual ideas with practical solutions” on a wide variety of development projects around the world.
